Biscuits
- Ham & Swiss on Rye
Ingredients 1 cup finely chopped Ham 1 cup grated Swiss cheese 2-1/4 cups Rye Flour 1 egg 1/3 cup of Vegetable oil 1/2 teaspoon salt Preheat oven to 350 F. In a large bowl mix flour and salt. Add ham, cheese, egg and oil. Mix together thoroughly. Either drop spoonfulls of mixture onto a cookie sheet. Or, roll out dough and cut biscuits with a knife or a cookie cutter and place on cookie sheet. Bake for approximately 20 minutes (depending on size of biscuits). Let cool and store in refrigerator. |
